Q: What are google adsense and commission junction?

I have a website "http://www.bistaa.com" and I want to advertise my site because nobody knows about my site.If I use google adsense or commission junction or both of them for my site, what will I get? Will I have to pay some money for that or they are free? How they work for any person? Please tell me.

A: adsense is ads publisher programs, you cant use it to promote your website. If you want to promote your website, you gotta use adwords which is advertiser program. CJ is affiliate program, and you can use it to promote your website too. both of adwords and CJ need to pay for it. Adwords providing view for your site and CJ providing lead or sales
